Program Overview
The Kendall Motor Oil Revved Up Rewards Program ("Program") allows participants to earn and redeem points for merchandise from an online selection of rewards. Points are earned by purchasing qualifying Kendall products from participating Kendall installers.
Under the Revved Up Rewards Program, each Kendall GT-1 oil change holds a specific point value. Program members accumulate points with each oil change. Points can then be redeemed for merchandise featured in the online rewards catalog. Points are accumulated per household and can be accumulated on any vehicle within that household.
Registration
Register for the Program at http://www.KendallRewardsOnline.com ("Web site").
Upon registration, participants will receive a minimum of one electronic communication to verify enrollment in the Program and, if requested, delivery of a one-time per household $3 rebate coupon to use on a current or future Kendall GT-1 oil change.
Once registered, the Program participants can browse the online rewards catalog at any time by simply logging in to view the full catalog and to redeem points for a reward.
Participants in the former Kendall Motor Oil "Born to Perform Club" can update their enrollment using the above Web site address. All mandatory fields in the registration form must be properly filled out by participants.
Terms and Conditions
ConocoPhillips reserves the right at any time to modify the Program terms and conditions without notice. For example, ConocoPhillips may change the Program benefits, catalog merchandise, reward point levels, program affiliations or redemption of reward points.
ConocoPhillips reserves the right to terminate the Program at any time. In such case, ConocoPhillips shall post on the Web site a 90-day advance notification of termination. At the end of the 90-day period, the Program will terminate and all remaining reward credits will be voided.
Participants enrolled in the Program shall comply with these terms and conditions. Failure to do so may be grounds for disqualification by ConocoPhillips at its discretion.
Participants are responsible for accessing the Web site in order to keep informed of Program features applicable to participants' rights and responsibilities.
ConocoPhillips reserves the right to deny or reject participation in the Program and pursue legal recourse in the event of fraud, misrepresentation, abuse or violation of the Program terms and conditions.
ConocoPhillips may audit any participant's account at any time without notice to ensure compliance with the Program terms and conditions. If a participant is determined by ConocoPhillips, in its sole discretion, to have violated any of the Program terms and conditions, the participant's enrollment in the program will be automatically terminated and all reward points forfeited.
Information regarding a participant's account and participation in the Program is confidential, and ConocoPhillips will not disclose any of its information to a third party not affiliated with ConocoPhillips, provided that ConocoPhillips may disclose account information or participation history in order to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process, or in order to cooperate with a government investigation. In these circumstances, disclosure may be with or without the participant's knowledge or consent.
Participating in the Program requires receiving periodic electronic communications regarding Revved Up Rewards and Kendall Motor Oil.
Participant Eligibility
The participant must be a U.S. resident. Rebates and rewards will be shipped only to a U.S. address.
No corporation or other legal entity may be a participant in the Program and/or accumulate reward points.
Product Eligibility
Transactions that qualify for reward point accumulation are limited to oil change purchases using any of the following products from a participating location.
Kendall GT-1® High Performance
Kendall GT-1® High Mileage
Kendall GT-1® Diesel
Kendall GT-1® Full Synthetic
Reward Point Accumulation
Participants must provide an original receipt for each oil change from a participating installer as proof of purchase. Valid receipts will be any receipt dated from June 1, 2007 and thereafter. Receipts may be redeemed only once and copies of the original receipt are not acceptable. Receipts must originate from the installer specified during the participant's initial registration. Oil change receipts will expire and be void after 24 months from the actual date of the oil change service.
Oil Change Values:
Kendall GT-1® High Performance oil change—300 pts
Kendall GT-1® High Mileage oil change—500 pts
Kendall GT-1® Diesel oil change—500 pts
Kendall GT-1® Full Synthetic oil change—700 pts
Oil Change Values are subject to change without notice. The Web site KendallRewardsOnline.com will maintain current Values for oil change rewards. Values assigned will be those in effect on the date when receipts are verified by ConocoPhillips.
At time of reward redemption, if the point value of the qualified receipts exceeds the point value of the reward requested, the point balance is forfeited. There is no banking of excess points.
Multiple qualifying transactions concluded by any person within a participating household may be accumulated in order to redeem reward points. Evidence of each qualifying transaction must be submitted with the same participant identification number.
In order to accumulate multiple reward points for multiple same-day qualifying transactions, the participant must submit a separate receipt with a different invoice number as proof of each transaction; if two or more receipts are received with the same invoice number, only one receipt will accumulate reward points in the participant's account.
Reward points are non-transferable under any conditions.
Reward Redemption
Participants may redeem the accumulated reward points for merchandise found at http://www.KendallRewardsOnline.com.
All rewards are subject to availability. If the requested reward is no longer available the participant will be contacted and asked to select an available replacement prize of an equal or lesser point value.
Reward points have no cash value and may not be combined with any other ConocoPhillips offer.
After a participant has redeemed reward points, the participant will not be able to exchange, refund or return the points for redeposit in the participant's account.
By redeeming a reward, the participant releases ConocoPhillips and its parent, subsidiaries and affiliates from any and all liability regarding the redemption or use of a reward or other participation in the Program. ConocoPhillips and participating merchants are not responsible for replacing lost, stolen or mutilated certificates or Program-issued reward merchandise. ConocoPhillips makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular use or otherwise, regarding the rewards or any merchandise obtained by redemption or participation in the Program.
ConocoPhillips is not liable or responsible for special, incidental, punitive, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or related to the use in any manner of any merchandise obtained by redemption or participation in the Program.
